What
does a free estimate entail?
Homes and offices are unique. For this reason, A Maid to
Shine offers a free estimate in which a representative may
either pay a visit with you or discuss expectations over the
telephone, per your convenience.
What
area do you serve?
A Maid to Shine centers on San Francisco, Contra Costa,
and Alameda Counties. Please feel free to inquire regarding
service located outside of these counties.
Do
I need to sign a contract?
No
contract necessary. Our services range from one-time tasks (moving
in) to the periodic (spring cleaning, preparing an apartment
to rent or a home to show) to regularly scheduled appointments.
Do
I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
We do supply cleaning supplies and equipment. If
you have items requiring special care or attention, please
be sure
to
inform
us.
Does A
Maid to Shine accept credit cards?
Yes, in addition to cash and checks, we accept both Visa and MasterCard.
Will
I need to pay employee taxes?
No, A Maid to Shine handles the taxes as well
as the screening and training for all employees. We do not hire
sub-contractors, nor are we a referral agency.
